People of Color Meditation Retreat

This retreat offers self-identified People of Color a unique opportunity to be together in spiritual community. Through the teaching and practice of Insight Meditation (Vipassana), we will learn to stay centered in wisdom and compassion, to cultivate a clear mind and an open heart, and to explore the possibility of experiencing greater happiness and freedom in an often oppressive society.
