Meditation, Inquiry and the Nondual

This weeklong retreat will offer teachings and practices to support awakening of the heart and realization of the nondual. The daily program will include precise meditation instructions, meditations for depth of calmness and insight, inquiry sessions, dharma talks, small group meetings and extensive periods of silence.
