We conclude our six sessions on wise speech by focusing on perspectives, practices and guidelines that help us be more skillful with difficult speech situations. The talk is followed by a guided exercise and discussion.
Through profound Insight, inquiry and the practices of the heart, there is the possibility of a radically different relationship with our whole existence, liberating a fearlessness and unboundedness to our love.
Through practice we learn to relate with non-attachment to the condition of the body and mind as well as the conditions of our lives. We do this through the practice of the four foundations of mindfulness, the cultivation of somadhi and the gradual eroding of self-view. Then we are well-positioned for insight.
