The spacious, serene balance of equanimity provides the proper container and support to see life as it truly is, moment-to-moment. This allows us to respond to conditions of life with more wisdom, and allows a deepening into the insights of anicca, dukkha and anatta.
This is a personal story of how the simplicity of the practice of mindfulness has continued to support awakening to the present moment, which has been the most important way to understand life as it truly is.
Our longing for communion arises out of loving life and is the energy that liberates our spirit. By becoming intentional in inhabiting and expressing this longing, we relax openly into the truth of belonging.
