Wisdom is more of a verb than a noun. It is the continual refinement of perspective and understanding. As you practice moment to moment the laws of nature are gradually revealed and freedom is realized.
wholesome or noble desires are central to the path of awakening and can be answered, unlike craving which serves only to deepen a sense of insufficiency and has no answer.
Meditation practice is an invitation to let go of the pressure we place on our life and our self to be other than as we are, and to realize the natural inherent freedom that letting go reveals.
