This retreat is an opportunity to enter the depths of silence, inwardly and outwardly, that allows for a connection to the moment to moment unfolding of Reality. Surrounded by the beauty of Te Moata, we will enter into a traditional retreat form of sitting and walking meditation, with meditation instructions, evening dharma talks and individual interviews. This retreat is suitable for new and experienced students alike.
