Awareness with Wisdom: Insight Meditation Retreat

On this silent retreat, suitable for all, we will bring a persevering awareness to the stillness of sitting meditation, as well as to all our general activities. This balance of gentle yet energized attention to the direct experience of the mind and body is a powerful foundation for the gradual development of faith and stability of mind, and for deep insights to arise. These transform our relationship to all life experiences. With practice, even in the midst of our daily activities, we can rest in an enduring sense of wellbeing in every situation.
