| Develop compassionate awareness and a loving heart with a unique combination of Metta and Vipassana practice and mindful movement. Experience eleven days on beautiful Cortes Island cultivating loving kindness, followed by ten days of insight practice. Revel in the happiness and freedom of all beings. Take a journey of transformation of consciousness and liberation of the mind. Develop sensitive awareness of the breath, and open the body and mind to the present moment. There will be formal instruction and practice, dharma talks, mindful movement practice, and group and individual meetings with the teachers. Attend all twenty-one days, or choose eleven days of Metta or ten days of Vipassana. |
