Mindfulness Beyond the Eight Week Course

This retreat was designed for people who have completed an eight-week course in MBSR, MBCT, or equivalent, and may not yet have attended a residential retreat. It offered an opportunity to explore and build on what has been learned on these courses, in ways that can gently deepen our practice of non-reactive awareness.
