| In order to fully inhabit our lives, we must be present to immediate experience. This sounds simple, even simplistic, but can be surprisingly challenging. To be in the present, we need to see, and then see through, the ways we get lost in the past and the future. In learning how to connect skillfully to our moment-to-moment experience, we strengthen our capacity for centered, wise and balanced action.
This silent retreat is open to both new and experienced meditators, and includes sitting and walking practice, guided meditations, instructions and time for questions. |
