Love in the Time of Coronavirus: Embodying Open-hearted Wisdom

In times of crisis we may see more clearly what is most important. Here we are called to abandon what is not essential, as an act of safeguarding and support, while wholeheartedly engaging with whatever serves the deepest wellbeing of our world.

This was an online retreat spread other a few days sharing with others a love of silence and stillness and who feel drawn to the Buddha’s teachings and sacred practices of deepening in wisdom and compassion.
