Awareness and kindness are central to connect with how we are and what we truly want. Awareness reveals what is here in each moment, and kindness allows us to receive and open to that experience, to see it with wisdom and for truth to emerge.
We explore how we can be present within ourselves through the power of silent meditation and also through the relational practices of Insight Dialogue and inquiry, by listening deeply and speaking from silence. In the unconditional acceptance of our inner experience and in relationship with others, the doors to compassion and liberating insight can open.
We include sitting and walking meditation, gentle movement and relational meditation (Insight Dialogue and inquiry) in groups of two or more with a precise direction of contemplation, to explore the Dharma and our human experience in the immediacy of the present moment.
(Please note that the recordings that feature instructions for the Insight Dialogue practices, and the Q&A sessions from this retreat, are being made available to those who attended the retreat only, and so are not on the 'public' page of Dharmaseed). |
