Wise Hope (Online Meditation Day)

On this online day retreat, we explore what is meant by ‘wise hope’. We distinguish this helpful quality from the narrow grasping that clings to particular outcomes.

We explore how wise hope can help us meet times of rapid change and uncertainty with wisdom and compassion. We draw on contemporary and classical teachings to inspire a practice rooted in wise hope.

As well as talks and periods of practice, there are opportunities to ask questions and share reflections on this theme.
