During this spacious practice weekend, we explore a relaxed and continuous approach to meditation practice* that can be integrated into the shape of the life we are living.
Flowing between formal (sitting) and informal meditation practice, including some of our daily life tasks and responsibilities, the possibility is to grow and establish wise awareness as the primary ground of our lived experience everywhere we go. This opens the door to transformative insight, equipping us to meet uncertainty and challenge from a different place; an increasingly important resource in these uncertain times.
Such an approach to practice is less about developing a skill, and more about gaining momentum in a continuity of curious presence, that can become irreversible in our being. Discovering how to meet and include more of our life in this way is of great benefit, and the beginning of the year an ideal time to jump in.
