Work Retreat - Awakening Through Work & Service

This work retreat is an opportunity to develop the practice of awakening through the type of tasks and activities that comprise much of our lives. The path of awakening needn’t be governed by particular circumstances or activities, but more the attitude we bring to life in any moment. This is a valuable orientation to explore.

During this retreat we emphasise curiosity and continuity, practicing together in both sitting meditation and whilst engaging in tasks, exploring themes such as intention, opening to challenges, and service as an expression of awakening.
