Corrado Pensa teaches insight meditation in Italy and the US. Since 1987 he has been the guiding teacher of the Association for Mindfulness Meditation in Rome. He is also a professor of Eastern Philosophy at the University of Rome and a former psychotherapist.
The talk describes both, Buddhist teachings on everyday's action (body, speech and mind) and teachings about meditation, with strong emphasis on anatta and equanimity.
For our practice and life we need the support of good relationships--moreover, both good and bad relationships are external fuel for the growth of practice.
