| This retreat, suitable for both beginning and experienced meditators, will work primarily with the first of the Four Foundations of Mindfulness, that of the body. We will spend the beginning of the retreat exploring mindfulness of breathing, then expand into an exploration of the body with the 32 Parts of the Body Meditation and the 4 Elements meditation. Various methods will be taught to strengthen mindfulness of the body, and to explore the mind/body connection. |
