Retreat Dharma Talks

New Year's Insight Meditation Retreat

This is a traditional silent vipassanā retreat with sitting, walking, and eating meditationā€”discovering how to practice 24/7. We will ground ourselves in embodied awareness, kindness, and learning to awaken so that we engender a heartfelt presence in each moment. Meditation instructions and Dharma talks will be offered daily. You will meet with teachers to help guide your practice. We will celebrate December 31 by optionally sitting till midnight, welcoming the new year 2023.
