| “An artist expresses great vitality in the front but must have quietness in the back or they burn up.” ~ Natalie Goldberg
What happens when we combine creativity with consciously taking time for ‘non-creativity’, or rather the creative process of contemplative enquiry?
These workshops offer reflections, discussion, and guided meditations, in the service of taking our creativity and our selves more lightly, weathering the inner critic, and the storms of praise, blame, success and failure. Finding ‘quietness in the back’, we explore a longer-term resilience in our creative lives. All are welcome, whether or not you consciously identify as ‘creative’. |
