| The Buddha said the fruits of the teachings are all to be realised in this fathom-long body. However, the challenge we face on this path is that contemporary life tends to drag us out of our bodies. We live disconnected from the present reality of embodiment, leaving us feeling fragmented and confused. However, in meditation, we can learn to cultivate composure and collectedness. In this retreat we explore this cultivation of composure and refuge — an inner experience of safety and well-being. |
