Retreat Dharma Talks

The Refuge of Intention

Intention is an ever-present refuge and wellspring of resilience and renewal. Intention offers us a way to begin again, to find nourishment and meaning in each moment, and to come home to what matters most. We will reflect on intention as a source of joy, purpose, and wise response in challenging times. The day will include meditation instruction, dharma reflections, practices of joy and celebration, and community practice. This silent meditation retreat is suitable for both new and experienced meditators.

Jeanne Corrigal
This guided meditation explores renunciation through simple, everyday acts of letting go within meditation practice. By gently returning to the body, releasing judgment and striving, and tuning into quiet ease and pleasantness, the practice reveals renunciation as a compassionate movement toward simplicity, steadiness, and peace.
