"We are what we seek." This dharma (often translated as 'truth') is revealed by living a life rooted in the Truth. The teachings value the 'Truth' as a basis for mindfulness and virtue as well as the means to traverse the 4 Noble Truths and the 2 Truths of Relative and Ultimate reality.

Compassion is the natural relationship of the heart to sorrow -- the
movement of the heart in sympathy with other beings and with one's self.
Relating to life with compassion allows us to move through this world of
birth and death, of joy and sorrow with wisdom and grace.
Gratitude and generosity are ways of uplifting the mind. Gratitude brings a deep appreciation for blessings of our lives. Generosity an opening of the heart that cares for others.
Realising the Nature of Mind, of Consciousness, of 'That Which Knows', brings a profound liberation to life. This talk explores an investigation into Awareness itself.
The net in Indra's palace is said to contain countless gems, each reflecting all others. As a metaphor for humanity, it reminds us that we too reflect each other.
