2026-10-08 Temporary Freedoms: The Third Tetrad of the Ānāpānasati Sutta (Retreat at Spirit Rock) 52:43
Devon Hase
This talk follows the breath into the mind itself: experiencing it, gladdening it, gathering it, and liberating it. Along the way we look at how samādhi and insight work together, and at the small, ordinary tastes of freedom that show a mind can feel light and unburdened. Drawing on long retreat stories, poems, and Pali, it asks what becomes possible once there is, for a moment, nothing to want.

2026-10-08 Weisheit als Antwort auf Leiden, Teil 2 41:07
Renate Seifarth

2026-10-07 The Power of Perception 43:37
Bart van Melik
How does perception shape our experience? And how easily can a perception become overthinking, obsessive thinking, or taking something personally? Together, we’ll explore how perceptions arise, which ones we may have outgrown, and which ones still pull us into repetitive stories. Drawing on the Buddhist teaching that what the mind frequently ponders becomes its inclination, we’ll explore how awareness can open new ways of relating to our experience.

2026-10-07 Weisheit als Antwort auf Leiden, Teil 1 43:57
Renate Seifarth
