Achtsamkeit öffnet Raum indem sie allen Erfahrungen gleichermaßen ohne Werten begegnet und sein lässt. Weisheit kann dann unheilsames aus den Raum heraustragen und heilsames hineinbringen. In Räumen können wir uns entwickeln, verändern, wie können sie gestalten. Räume ermöglichen, dass wir uns weiten können, atmen können, frei fühlen können, wohin die Fesseln des Anhaftens uns limitieren und beschränken. In diesen Räumen können sich Freude, Kreativität, Spontanität entfalten.
