Guided instructions for recognizing ordinary moments when grasping and ill will lessen and the mind experiences a taste of ease or "cooling." Through body and breath practice, we learn to become more sensitive to these small moments of non-clinging and temporary liberation.
This talk is based on the verses of the Enlightened Monk called Gotama. He was in the Buddha's family, but a different Gotama. The verses are found in the "Verses of the Enlightened Monks," the Theragāthā 10.7
