The wisdom offered in the talks and meditations on Dharma Seed represent decades of collective experience engaging with the meditation teachings and many individuals’ long-term commitment to inner transformation.
The meditation teachers offering teachings here are supported in part or, in many cases, fully by donations. This means that they do not receive payment from Dharma Seed or any other entity for offering their talks here, but are instead supported by donations from those who have found value in the teachings and wish to see them continue.
Many of the teachers are lay people and thus have the same financial obligations as the everyday person. The monks and nuns offering teachings here also rely completely on donations for their basic needs. Supporting their work is crucial.
